We value your time. To facilitate the intake process, please read the New Patient Guide.

1. Before your First Visit

Please fill out the intake paperwork before your visit. You will receive a link to the paperwork through email after you make your first appointment. If your injury is related to an automobile accident, please bring all the materials related to the accident.

For the best treatment results, keep a few things in mind:

Please show up on time with your photo ID, most updated insurance card (if any);
Do not eat a large meal before your visit;
Wear loose, comfortable clothes;
Be sure to discuss any questions or concerns with your care provider and bring any updated medical notes and/or image/lab result(s) regarding your current condition (if any);
Refrain from overexertion, drugs, or alcohol for at least six hours after treatment;
Follow your treatment plan between visits;
Keep all your appointments, as each visit builds upon the previous ones.

Most insurance companies in New York and New Jersey provide some coverage for acupuncture treatments. We are currently in network with BCBS New Jersey and out of network with other insurances. If you would like us to verify your eligibility and benefits, please visit this link: Insurance Verification.
Medicare and Medicaid DO NOT cover out-of-network acupuncture treatments.

Veterans Administration Covers Acupuncture

The Patient-Centered Community Care (PCCC) program provides eligible Veterans access to care through a comprehensive network of community-based providers when the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) cannot provide the care in its own facilities.
